Cancellation Policy

If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date an administration fee of 25% of deposit will apply. If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival full amount will be deducted from credit card. Refunds do not apply to early departure. All cabins are non smoking. * Conditions Apply
