Cancellation Policy:

25% fee on all cancellations.

NO refund if cancelled within 7 days of arrival in off-peak season.

NO refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival in peak season, special events and long weekends.

Pet Policy:

Mount Gambier Central Caravan Park allows pets on the West side of the park in your own accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in our cabins or other park facilities.

You MUST clean up any mess made by your pet.

Pets MUST be kept on a lead at all times.

Pets MUST NOT be left alone on premise.

Behaviour Policy:

Noise is to be kept to a minimum, especially between 9pm and 7am.

Excessive disruptive / drunken behaviour will not be tolerated.

Illegal and illicit drugs are not allowed on premise and will not be tolerated.

Stealing will not be tolerated.

Causing damage to the park, facilities or guests will not be tolerated and a fee will apply.

Vehicle Policy:

Only 1 vehicle permitted per site. Extra vehicles and visitors must park on Krummel Street.

Cabin Rules:

NO SMOKING IN CABINS - $200 Fee applies.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in cavins. An extra $200 cleaning fee will apply if this policy is breached. The cost is lenient and is to cover costs associated with deodorising, laundering and loss of accommodation. To avoid this charge, DO NOT SMOKE IN CABINS. When smoking, please use the ashtrays located around the park and facilities.

EXTRA CLEANING FEE - $50 per Hour.

A cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged if upon departure the cabin is found to be in an unreasonable condition. Please ensure you leave the accommodation as you found it, including dishes washed and put away and all rubbish is in the allocated rubbish bins.

Park Management has the right to evict anyone not complying with these policies and payments will not be refunded.
