Your Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for maintaining their site in a clean and orderly condition, respecting other guests, and complying with park rules at all times. This includes:

  • Observing noise restrictions
  • Supervising children and pets
  • Driving at low speeds within the park
  • Disposing of waste correctly

3. Liability & Risk

Personal Property:
The Park accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal property, including vehicles, caravans, camping gear, or valuables. Guests are advised to secure their belongings at all times.

Personal Injury:
Guests enter and use the Park at their own risk. The Park is not liable for any personal injuries sustained on the premises, unless due to proven negligence by the park management.

Hazards:
Guests are advised that natural and environmental risks exist within the Park, including uneven ground surfaces, wildlife, tree limbs, and other outdoor hazards. Please exercise caution at all times.

4. Park Rules & Regulations

Guests must:

  • Pay all site fees on time
  • Comply with park signage and instructions from staff
  • Keep their area tidy and safe
  • Return any borrowed items, keys, or access devices upon departure
     

Park management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises without refund if they:

  • Engage in dangerous, violent, or unlawful behaviour
  • Cause serious disruption to other guests
  • Damage park property
  • Breach any part of this disclaimer or the park’s rules
