Park Rules

Noise & Behaviour

Please be considerate of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music, parties, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the park without refund.
 

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund, minus a $25 administration fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, the balance may be held in a guest account as credit, valid for 3 years. Credits are non-transferable.
• No refunds for early departures or no-shows. If the new booking is of lesser value, the remaining credit will stay in the guest account.
   

Guests & Visitors

Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors. All visitors must register at reception before entering the park. Visitor parking is in designated areas. Extra charges may apply for unregistered overnight visitors.
 

Speed Limit

For safety, the speed limit is 10 km/h throughout the park. Please drive slowly and watch out for pedestrians and children.
 

Pets

Pets are welcome in your own caravan, tent, or motorhome. We also have a dedicated pet-friendly cabin for guests travelling with pets, located on the east side of the park. Pets are not allowed in other cabins or any park facilities.

Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of other guests. For full details, please see our Pet Policy.
 

Site Cleanliness

Please keep your allocated site clean and tidy. All camping equipment and vehicles must remain within the boundaries of your site. Use the bins provided for waste disposal.
 

Check-In & Check-Out

Cabins:

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
   

Powered / Unpowered Sites:

• Check-in: 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
   

Late check-outs may incur fees. Please leave your site or cabin in a clean condition for the next guest.
 

Shared Facilities

• Camp Kitchen & BBQs: Available for all guests. Please clean up after use and dispose of food waste properly.
• Amenities Blocks: Keep these spaces clean and tidy. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Laundry: Coin-operated washers and dryers are located next to reception.
   

Rubbish & Recycling

Please help us reduce waste. Sort recyclables and use the appropriate bins. Bag all general waste before disposing.

Damages & Breakages

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of park property, including furniture, equipment, and keys. Please report any incidents to reception. Charges may apply.

Parking

Your booking includes parking for one vehicle per site. Additional vehicles must use designated visitor parking.

Special Requests & Allocations

We do our best to meet specific site or cabin requests, but cannot guarantee allocations. Management reserves the right to reassign sites or cabins if needed.
